Therapy sessions are $150 per hour.
Session duration choices are 1 hour, 1.5 hours & 2 hours.
Full day intensive (5.5 treatment hours plus an hour break) is $825.
Payment is to be made at the end of each session by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). If a credit card is used, a service fee will be added depending on the card type.
Chad does not file insurance claims, though he is willing to give you a briefly itemized receipt if you want to attempt to file for reimbursement on your own. Many clients also use their Health Savings Accounts successfully.
